It will be a two-days triathlon festival on the shores of Lake Maggiore in Arona on July 23 and 24, sponsored by the Regional Authority, by the City Council and the local Pro Loco and promoted by Cuneo Triathlon.

The AronaMen Triathlon is a half iron distance international race, where the athletes will have to swim 1.9 km in the Lake Maggiore, ride 90km and run 21 km, to complete this way 112.9 overall – and that is the reason of the figure next to the name of the competition.

The race is open to everybody, both individuals and relay teams, whose members will split the efforts in the three disciplines the competition is made up: swim, bike, run.

The AronaMen Triathlon will be among the most coveted races from the Professional athletes thanks to its elite money prize of €10,000; actually it is the Italian race that, in this distance, boasts the highest money prize.

Special product prizes for the winners in each Age-group category and for the Relay Teams, which can be made up of two or three athletes.

Many companies will support this such a captivating event, which also includes an Aquathlon race, swim+bike, open to everybody: children from 4 years old to over 18 years old adults; the aquathlon race will be on Saturday 23 July and there will be different distances according to the different ages.
