INDIVIDUAL RACE

The entry fee is € 200. Entry deadline is 20 July 2021.

From 1 to 20 December 2020 € 140 (€60 discount will be applied on the entry fee). Included: an insurance to postpone your entry to the next three years in case you are not able to take part in the race (15 days notice before the race start); an Aronamen beach towel; a packet f Cuneesi chocolates.

From 21 to 31 December 2020 € 140 (€60 discount will be applied on the entry fee). Included:an Aronamen beach towel; a packet f Cuneesi chocolates.

From 1 January to 19 April 2021 € 140 (€60 discount will be applied on the entry fee).

From 20 April to 17 May 2021 € 160 (€40 discount will be applied on the entry fee).

From 18 May to 21 June 2021 € 180 (€20 discount will be applied on the entry fee).

From 22 June2021 € 200 (no discount will be applied on the entry fee)

INSURANCE:

The insurance costs €25 per athlete and it guarantees to postpone the entry for the next 5 years. Inability to take part in the competition must be communicated within 7 days before the race.

The insurance must be required and paid upon registration.

To take part in the competition a valid licence from the national federation (FITRI or any other foreign national federation affiliated to ITU) is mandatory for all athletes. Non-licensed athletes, fifteen days before the race at least, MUST purchase the annual licence from the event organizers, paying € 60 or paying € 30 if they want a daily licence. In both cases they must provide a competitive medical certificate for TRIATHLON  released in Italy valid on the date of the race. THE COPY OF THE CERTIFICATE MUST BE SENT TO THE ORGANIZERS BEFORE THE RACE AND THE ORIGINAL ONE MUST BE BROUGHT TO THE RACE BAG PICK-UP.

ATHLETES WITH A TRIATHLON LICENCE WHICH IS NOT FITRI BUT ANOTHER FOREIGN NATIONAL FEDERATION  MUST EMAIL  COPY OF IT TO THE ORGANIZERS.

RACE BAG AND T-SHIRT SIZE WILL BE GUARANTEED TO THE ATHLETES REGISTERED WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE RACE.

ENTRY FEES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE

Refunds will be allowed within and not further than 25 June 2021, as shown below:

60% fee until 25 May 2021
40% fee from 26 May 2020 to 25 June 2021

Il rimborso sarà concesso entro e non oltre il 25 giugno 2020 e secondo il seguente prospetto:

60% della quota fino al 25 APRILE 2021
40% della quota dal 26/04/2020 al 25/06/2021
